Monument to 560 x 330 mm - By the mid 1660s Vald?s began to work as a decorative painter. The most spectacular of his decorative works was executed in 1671 for the celebration of the canonization of St Ferdinand of Castile (1199-1252). A monument, made of wood and decorated with paintings and sculpture, was designed and decorated by Vald?s. The structure was later dismantled, its appearance is preserved in a large print produced by Vald?s himself 560_x_330_mm_-_By_the_mid_1660s_Vald?s_began_to_work_as_a_decorative_painter._The_most_spectacular_of_his_decorative_works_was_executed_in_1671_for_the_celebration_of_the_canonization_of_St_Ferdinand_of_Castile_(1199-1252)._A_monument,_made_of_wood_and_decorated_with_paintings_and_sculpture,_was_designed_and_decorated_by_Vald?s._The_structure_was_later_dismantled,_its_appearance_is_preserved_in_a_large_print_produced_by_Vald?s_himself |
